Coppermine United women's team is holding open tryouts for the upcoming United Women's Soccer League (UWS and UWS2) 2024 season. The tryouts will take place on Saturday, January 13th and January 20th from 4:30-630 PM at
Coppermine Norris Field in Baltimore, MD.
Coppermine United's First Team competes in the UWS League and the U23 Team United II compete in the UWS League Two (UWS2). Both leagues run from May through July. United's players are aspiring/former professionals, current/post college players, and high school standouts.
United's History
United's history in the UWS began in 2021 in the UWS2 Mid-Atlantic South Conference where they won promotion to the first division. Coppermine United formed their United II team in 2022 to compete in the USW2 division. United has promoted many of its players to professional teams domestic and abroad.
